Week in, week out, we see incredibly talented DJs being overlooked by a male-dominated industry. It's obviously about talent and the music, which is why it's an issue if artists get ignored because of their gender. Mixmag & Smirnoff are committed to doubling the number of women headliners in dance music. And get to a point where it's no longer an issue.
